Good to know
- Nothing is uploaded: your dates live in this browser’s storage. Clearing site data removes them, so export a backup if you want to keep them.
- Predictions use your last six cycles and improve as you log more.
- This tool isn’t a form of birth control. See a doctor about very irregular, heavy or painful periods or periods more than a week late.
