Stamp a Text or Logo Watermark on Your PDF

Mark a PDF as CONFIDENTIAL, DRAFT or COPY, or brand it with your logo. Type your text or upload an image, then set the opacity, rotation, size and color. Place it once in the center or repeat it across the whole page, and apply it to every page or only a range. A live preview shows the result before you download. Text in other scripts, such as Nepali, is supported too.

  • Opacity, rotation from −90° to 90°, size and color.

Good to know

  • The watermark is added on top of the page content and becomes part of the page — it isn’t a removable annotation.

Frequently asked questions

Can I use my logo?

Yes. Switch to Image / logo, upload a PNG or JPG, and set its width and opacity.

Can I watermark only some pages?

Yes. Enter page numbers or ranges such as 1-3, 5 in the Pages field; leave it empty for all pages.

Can the watermark be removed later?

The watermark is drawn into the page, so it is not a separate removable layer. Keep your original file.

Does it support Nepali or other languages?

Yes. Text that standard PDF fonts cannot encode is rendered by your browser and embedded as an image.
