Sign a PDF Without Printing It
Fill in a form or approve a contract without printing and scanning. Create your signature by drawing it with a mouse or finger, typing your name in a handwriting font, or uploading an image. Then drag it where it belongs on any page.
What you can do
- Draw with a mouse, finger or stylus, or type your name in a signature font.
- Upload a photo of your signature and the white background is removed automatically.
- Place, drag and resize the signature on any page, and add several if needed.
- Optionally add today’s date, or copy the signature to every page.
Good to know
- This adds a visible signature image. It is not a certificate-based digital signature, so it won’t show as verified in Acrobat.
- Your PDF and signature never leave your device.
- Drawn signatures look best with a stylus or a finger on a phone.
